Trade Bike Basket

I made this basket for Enid and Jonathan Wheeler of Bardwell Windmill.  Enid's dad was G R Ward and Enid remembers, as a child, speeding around the village on the bicycle.  Now it's more likely to be seen ridden by Jonathan, Enid's son, at any of the steam events he attends.

To make these baskets I have the basket frame (or the whole bike if that's easier for the owner) on site as each basket is unique to each rack in which it sits.  Whilst making the basket, I take it to the rack every inch or so to make sure it fits and that the angles of the basket match that of the rack.
